The Retreat Center Associate - The Retreat Center Associate works within a team of professionals to provide a world-class client experience to participants in the 40 Years of Zen (40YOZ) program.
The Retreat Center Associate is responsible for opening the facility and assuring that clients are greeted in a exceptional manner.
This includes responding to inquiries, making recommendations, and helping with any needs or requests.
The Concierge must be knowledgeable of the program and be able to provide accurate and helpful information to guests.
The Retreat Center Associate is expected to model the Asprey Group core values of integrity, kindness, curiosity, and world-class standards in everything they do.
This includes a proven commitment to upgrading themselves personally, so that they are best suited to upgrading the individuals and teams that they serve.
In addition, the Retreat Center Associate is expected to be reliable, calm, trustworthy, warm, and presentable.
The Concierge will contribute to an exceptional client experience, a lasting impression and upholding the 5-star standard in which 40YOZ holds.
The Retreat Center Associate typically works part time from 8:
00am to 12:
00pm, Monday to Friday, with breaks scheduled around the client schedule You Will:
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Perform morning concierge duties as needed (including drink preparation and opening/welcome duties) Inventory and purchasing of retail items and house/office necessities Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility Respond to inquiries in a timely and efficient manner Work with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery You Should Have:
Experience working in customer service or a similar role High School diploma required Familiar with Microsoft Suite and Mac products and programs Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Polite, patient, and confident Ability to multitask and exercise time-management effectively Exceptional customer service skills Knowledge of general 40YOZ practices and technology Strong investment in personal growth and well-being Sociability.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
