Responsibilities:
The Community Health Nurse will contribute to the assessment of residents, implement health care services and collaborate with the Community Health Director to provide health promotion and monitoring of residents.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
o Ability to provide resident and family educationo Ability to schedule tasks effectively to meet strict deadlines and within allotted timeo Ability to maintain resident confidentiality to assure all rights are protectedo Ability to read, write and communicate in English; Excellent interpersonal skillso Computer proficiencyo Ability to pass DSHS background check, required
