Home office setting Relaxing surroundings in beautiful setting Office Manager/House Manager/Personal Assistant Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office and home - Manage Quickbooks Desktop and Payroll for two companies and less than 5 employees.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings via phone and email - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner - Manage office supplies and inventory as needed - Handle confidential information with discretion - Oversee ordering, invoicing -Home duties may include light cleaning, feeding the dog, grocery shopping, and cooking meals
Experience:
-Proven experience in Office setting with experience in Quickbooks -Strong organizational and multitasking skills -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Proficient in calendar management software and Microsoft Office Suit -Ability to learn new skills and apply them
